| Faye stood on tip toe a bit and reached to get the necklace on and latched. "There we go." she said, giving his shoulder a pat like he did hers. |

Rudy turned and then glanced down, taking the cross in his hand. He smiled at it again and proceeded to lift it to his lips to place a kiss on it.
"I'll cherish this forever. Thank you, Faye." He said as he let the cross hang back on his neck. He proceeded to reach out for Faye's hand, raising it to the cross gifted to her. "I hope this can keep you safe too." |
