Dixon carried Declan off with him, feeling the baby shift in his grasp and gurgling irritably.
"Mumm!" He whined.
"Hold on, Declan, hold on." He crooned to the baby as he went into Declan and Dixie's room. "Baby girl, can you help me find your brother's harness?" |

Declan fussed still, wiggling with a tight frown. Dixon went to set him down to look better. Declan whined, his lip jutted out far as he flopped onto his hands and knees and scuttled towards his sister as if she would take him back to their momma since their dad was the one who took him away.
Meanwhile, Dixon rummaged until he found the baby harness.

Declan flopped onto his bottom and reached for Dixie then, clearly upset with his father as he paid him no mind.
"Sissy better give him some love before I go give him to Momma." Dixon chuckled, watching Declan fuss. |

| "What a nice sister!" Dixon praised as Declan cooed at the affection being given to him. He smiled wide up at Dixie and pursed his lips as if to return the kissies. |

Declan beamed and clapped his hands as his sister pulled away. Dixon chuckled and stepped over to grab Declan then.
"Let's go see Momma, baby boy." He said to him.
"Mummum?" Declan crooned, excited. |
