Flora eyed him up and down for a moment before approaching him, just barely coming up to his chin. She leaned in, as if to give him a better look, before smiling.
"You're such a handsome boy, aye, just like our Dixie!" She laughed, reaching up to pinch his cheek. "Ven, ven, come with me, I'll show you to Dixie and Griff's room, get you settled." She grabbed his arm and tugged him along, pausing as they passed Lawson. She glowered up at him, but stood up on her tiptoes to place a kiss (just barely) at his neck. "Vete, puta, go get dinner."
Lawson grinned like a doe-eyed high schooler in love and nodded.
"You got it, mamacita."
---
Griffith came up behind Harper as she stared at the room and he leaned over her to place a kiss at the top of her head before placing his chin there.
Darcy followed a bit dazedly, not sure who he was more terrified of. The tiny woman full of fury or the large behemoth who looked even more lovesick than Griffith. So far, the woman.

Harper gave a tiny nod. "Yeah, I do." she said quietly, reaching for his hands. "You're spoiling me though, really." she gave a small smile.
Flora took Darcy to Dixie and Griffith's room, letting him and gesturing to the neatly made bed at the other end of the room, facing opposite a messy pile of sheets, clothes, and...candy wrappers.
"Griffith's not here tonight, so you can sleep in his bed, let Dixie sleep in his filth." Flora nodded, looking up to Darcy, grinning. "I'm so glad Dixie has a friend he wanted to come over." She said.
---
Griffith relinquished his hands to Harper, tangling his fingers with her own.
"Yeah, well, I like you, sorta." He joked, adjusting his head to crane over Harper's shoulder so he could place a kiss at her cheek.
Darcy flushed and rubbed at the back of his head with a slight chuckle. "Well, I'm glad he wanted me to come over and thanks for having me, ma'am. Never been overnight to anyone else's house before." he admitted.

"Mmm, I like you, sorta." Harper joked back with a small chuckle and turned her head to catch his lips instead.
"I'm even more glad that you came then. Dixie's never had any good friends before, so I'm very happy for mijo. He's a very good boy, very sweet, he deserves good, sweet friends." Flora reached out and pinched Darcy's cheek. "Get settled in, go hang out with Dixon, I'll cook dinner for us tonight when my idiot husband gets back." She said, followed by excusing herself.
----
"Yeah?" Griffith grinned into the kiss, his lips moving agianst hers in tandem. "Lots?"
Darcy watched after her a bit dazedly before shaking his head and putting the bag down on Griffith's bed, a bit stunned. Dixon's family was definitely different from what he was used to.
He shook his head again and grabbed his gameboy from his bag, shoving it in his pocket and grabbed the divided container that Harriet had packed so neatly for them. It was full of homemade, of course healthy, snacks such as some lemon-yogurt cake slices, whatever that was, fruit and marshmallow dip, garlic and rosemary crackers, and little things like that.
Harriet wasn't one for junk food and he had tried to convince her that no one other than him and Harper would like such healthy food but he had reluctantly taken it with him just like he reluctantly took it back downstairs with him and went back to Dixon.

"Lots." Harper chuckled and kissed him, releasing one hand to reach up and pet his cheek gently.
"Yeah sorry, ran into Lawson and his wife." Darcy sat down beside him heavily and held it out. "Uh, my "grandmother"," he started, hoping Dixon would understand. "Made us some snacks."

Harper chuckled a little and kissed him for a moment before going to pull away a little.
"Oh, yikes, sorry about that." Dixon made a face. He knew how his brother and Flora were. Either they were explosively aggressive with one another, or they were the epitome of "schmoozy". He tried to look closer at Darcy's snacks. "What...kind of snacks are those?" He asked, a bit skeptical.
---
Griff made a slight sound of protest, running his hand down over the flat plane of her stomach.
"Mmm no..." He whispered, kissing at her cheek, trailing his lips towards her neck.
"Uhh, cake, fruit and marshmallow dip and crackers... she makes everything home made. Even the fruit is from her own garden. It's not bad." he said, setting the container on the table before stretching out.

Harper laughed some, tilting her head back a little. "Is your idea of spoiling me, being in bed all night?" she teased.
"Huh...I'll bite." Dixon shrugged, leaning over to reach the container, grabbing a piece of the cake. He raised it to his nose and gave it a sniff, shrugging. "It smells good." He said before taking a bite, eyes instantly going gooey. "Oh....Oh my Lord."
---
"Well...no..." Griffith chuckled, nuzzling at Harper's jaw. "I planned to take you out to dinner, but, I mean...if you want to stay here, we can."
"Are you sure? I mean, there's plenty for both of us." Dixon said, although, he was already in the process of stuffing his face.
----
"Well...I mean...I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to spend SOME time in bed with you." Griffith chuckled, leaving one last kiss at Harper's neck before pulling away. "But I guess I could take you to dinner first, hmm?"
