If it was one thing Elise Ye Rim Fitz disliked more than anything in the world...it was when her brothers were right and she was wrong.
She was brand new to Seoul, just having landed a few weeks prior, after decided to attend an international university with a reputable dance program, and was still eagerly waiting for the rest of her belongings to make their way over from the States.
Both brothers and her sister-in-laws (and even the older of Soo Mi's little siblings) had been playing tour guide for her, Tanner even having come to the city with his family from their countryside home to do so. They were all happy to do so, pleased just to have her there with them, and she was certainly glad for the help, however, today she had decided that she would brave the Seoul subway line for the first time by herself to go to the university to drop off the last of her paperwork before school started. Both Coda and Tanner urged her to bring at least one of them to make sure she didn't get lost since her grasp on the language was mediocre and the subway line treacherous to first time riders, but she insisted that she would be fine. She'd have to learn how to navigate the lines either way and there was no time like the present to do so, however...
She had ended up lost after missing one (or several) line change and, begrudgingly, she was wishing that she had taken her brothers' advice and brought one of them with her to show her the way.
She was squatted down just outside of a cafe at Myeongdog station where she'd purchased the iced Americano currently dripping with condensation at her feet. She had phone in her hand, wondering if it was worth it to call either of her brothers to come get her just to hear their "I told you so"s. Coda would outright give her the big brother "I was right and you were wrong" attitude, while Tanner would certainly be more toned down about it, but equally annoying with that face of his. |

Oliver reached up to adjust his iPods as he walked swiftly to catch the next train, in the typical K-Pop disguise of a mask, ballcap and sunglasses. He had somehow found a way to slip past his managers grasps today and had all but ran away from work and practice to take a 'self-care day' to himself.
If the fresh tattoo on his arm, neatly wrapped to keep it clean was the self-care then so be it, right? It would give people more to talk about and that was what he was supposed to do with his little persona, right?
Oliver picked up his arm as he walked, admiring the artwork for a moment before giving a shrug to himself and looked back ahead, spotting a cafe. Self-care meant coffee too, he felt.
He dodged past busy workers rushing for their trains and sauntered his way to the cafe, taking off his hat for a moment to push his hair back though his bangs fell back into his face much to his chagrin. He paused when he saw the girl squatted down just outside of the cafe and paused before giving a small puff of a sigh to himself. "Yah, you alright?" he called to her in Korean. |

Elise looked up, blinking in surprise when she looked up when realized someone was calling out to her.
She was pretty in the way that her mother was, with a round face and soft features. Her nose was gently tilted upwards just like her dad's with his bright blue eyes to match. She was petite, like her mother, but long limbs for her stature.
She promptly stood up and did a stiff little bow.
"I, uh...I'm fine, thank you." She said, using stiff, formal Korean. There was definitely an American accent stilting her words. |

| Oliver raised his brows at the stiff response and the accent. "You lost?" he asked in clear English then, stuffing his hands in his pockets casually. |

Elise visibly relaxed and let out an exhale of relief. Of course there were plenty of people who spoke English, but so far the few people she had approached for directions had little to no understanding.
"Oh, yes, I am." Elise said in English. "Do you know which line to take Yongsan? I think I missed the station I needed to switch at." |

| Oliver headed his way over then. "You got your itinerary?" he asked, glancing over at the cafe menu as he talked. |

| "I do." Elise nodded and eagerly reached into the tote she carried with her with her paperwork, wallet, and other regular odds and ends. She went to fish out the itinerary, but took pause. "You aren't going to snoop and try and get my private information are you?" She joked, though there was a hint of true skepticism there as well. |

Elise made a face at the man.
"You better not look at my address. If you follow me home, I have a big brother who will beat you up." She warned, though Coda was hardly in the business of beating anyone up. |

Elise frowned in a way that her expression looked near identical to that of her older brother Tanner's unimpressed expression.
"Sure...right." She said, reaching up to grab the man's mask and snapping it back over his mouth. |

| "Ah!" Oliver exclaimed in surprise and grimaced. "Alright alright, I'm sorry! Put your hand over the address or something, let me help." He held up his hands in surrender, feeling a little stunned that she hadn't yet had any recognition. |

"The campus office closes at five...do you think I can make it?" She asked, looking up at the man. |
