Coco hefted Haleigh up to the bedroom, crooning lightly to her as they made their way towards the bed where Annette was already bundled up and sleeping. Coco laid Haleigh out beside her sister and got her tucked under a blanket as well. She sat down on the bed's edge and gently stroked at Haleigh's back, grimacing sadly when she saw her baby girl's arm. She lifted her daughter's arm up and examined the bruises, feeling her lips quiver.
"My poor baby...my sweet girl...I'm sorry, beautiful." She murmured quietly. |

| Darcy talked to his sister for a moment before calling the police and telling them that they had found Haleigh and gave them the address for his parents' house. He talked for a moment, holding back a bitter remark that he found her without any of their damned help before going to head upstairs to his loves, feeling so drained. He went to head into the room, rubbing at his face. |
