Tessa adjusted so she could fold her arms in front of her, gently rocking them back and forth for the sign "baby".
"I'm...pregnant." She said aloud. |

| Harlow moved to hug her again, not sure how he felt about the news. He'd hoped she'd come home cause she'd seen the fault in her ways and wanted to be with her family again but he had a sinking feeling it was because she was pregnant. |

| Tessa's lips quivered, her smile faltering completely as soon as her face was hidden from Harlow. Still, she managed to even her breathing though she could feel it shuddering slightly, as she embraced her brother again. |

| Harlow hug her tightly, though more carefully now and kissed the top of her head, crying again himself. "I love you, Tessy." he said, carefully and quietly. |

| Harlow sniffled, lips and jaw trembling as he tried to keep back sad tears from falling even more. He was hoping things would just go back to normal now but he was sure they wouldn't. |

Tessa remained stuck to Harlow for awhile longer before pulling away, reaching up to fuss at his tears for him.
"I'm going to see Momma and Daddy, okay?" She said to him. |

Tessa tried to stiffen her jaw, but it only forced her lips to tremble even more and her eyes to well up. She hesitantly reached over to place her hand at Harlow's knee.
"I-I-I know...I'm sorry...I'm sorry." She managed. |
