"I'll give them a call first thing in the morning, but let's just sleep for now, baby." Griffith leaned in and placed a peck at Harper's forehead before forcing himself back to sleep.

It was early in the morning, much earlier than Tessa wanted to be up, but she found herself stirring with the rising sun nonetheless.
She gave a weary little sigh and went to wiggle herself into a tighter ball, but her knees gently pressed against something, or rather someone. She pursed her lips and forced her eyes open, almost forgetting where she was until she found a mop of familiar dark hair and an even more familiar face huddled close to hers. She gave a tired little smile as she reached out to cup at Harlow's face, her thumb running gently over the planes of his cheek bones.
She'd been away for a few years, but her brother was just about as baby faced as always. |

| Harlow stirred at the touch, frowning tightly in his sleep before his eyes started to flutter open. "Mmm...?" he whined slightly before remembering and realizing what was going on, eyes locking onto Tessa's before they started to fill up again with tears. |

Tessa smiled at her baby brother, mouthing his name clearly, before she reached out to wrap her arms around his neck, snuggling in close to bury her face against his chest.
"Home..." She said against him. |
