Digby pursed his lips with a sigh and proceeded to shamble back towards the living room. He reached out for the couch and used that to guide himself back down into his previous perch where he could still see Wynonna's shape.
"Well, you didn't...I'm sorry, it was stupid for me to ask like that, Winnie. We don't have to get married now, I shouldn't have assumed that we would." Digby said, pursing his lips. |

"I know you don't mean no, Winnie, I really do, but...I don't know, I just kinda thought it made...sense. And don't get me wrong, this isn't like a 'we may as well do it' sort of thing, but, I don't know, I just thought that's where we should go next. Kinda like my folks." Digby explained. |
