It had been a couple of days since the bar fight and despite being on the receiving end of someone's top notch right hook, Declan was still quite enjoying his Irish vacation.
Ellen had scolded her nephew heavily for letting Declan get wrapped up in a brawl, so he had lost his title of tour guide, which was neither here nor there for Declan. He was comfortable enough travelling around town and to nearby tourist spots by himself. He was so comfortable even that his aunt had sent him into town by himself to pick up fish and chips for lunch with the family. He'd just finished ordering and was waiting for fresh potatoes to be fried up to finish the orders. He stepped over to a nearby bulletin board where help wanted signs, weekend rummage sales, and local shows were all heavily advertised on colorfully printed papers. |

Meara was out and about running errands. While her father didn't seem too fazed by her crazy antics, he had still sent her out to finish the family errands for the week as punishment. Not that she actually minded much.
She was carrying a few heavy bags of shopping before she spotted an awfully familiar face. She gave a small smile and started over. "You look like yer doin' well!" |

Declan looked up at the sound of familiar voice and found himself face to face with an equally familiar head of red hair. His fading bruised cheek perked in a grin.
"Oh, hey." He greeted. "You too, looking good and all." |

| "That's nice, it kind of reminds me of my hometown." Declan smiled at the thought. "My dad's family is really active in the community so they're always doing things. My dad and uncles and some of their friends are actually working on replacing the church roof over the summer. I can't imagine my dad is too helpful though." He admitted. |
