Dixie gave a whimper from her spot, staring between them with fat tears building. |

Dixie started to cry, her bottom lip wobbling.
Dana sucked in a sharp breath, not sure what the hell to do. She felt shocked and utterly heart broken. "I-I.. I c..can't.." she started, not sure where she was going with this. Couldn't believe it? Absolutely. Couldn't do this? |

Dixon looked up, hearing Dana's words and felt his heart instantly crush in his chest. On one hand, he understood. He had messed up, obliterated everything that made their relationship good in one fell swoop. But on the other...it was a mistake...he didn't mean to do what he'd done. He thought Dana would...
"D...baby...I'm...I'm sorry...I...I'm sorry." He whimpered, reaching out for her hand, his own shaking as it moved across the table. |
