| "Kay, Daddy." Haleigh sniffed and looked up, recognizing the auto body shop her uncle ran and owned situated right next to the long dirt driveway that led up to their house. She rubbed at her face, trying to clear her little cheeks of tears and sat up better to look at the house. Nearly every window was illuminated with lights, meaning probably everyone was still awake. |
