Coco nodded, reaching up to lightly pet at Darcy's cheek. She lightly tread her fingers over his jaw, then his nose, the pads of her fingers running over the rise and dip of his lips. Her hand settled on his cheek again.
"I love you, baby." Coco said then. |

"You were never a scout." Coco gave a light little smile, craning her head to peck a light kiss at Darcy's chin.

After briefly napping, Coco woke up to the music on the DVD menu screen playing on an obnoxious repeat. She reached up to rub at her face with a sigh before glancing up at Darcy, glad when he was still asleep.
She looked up at him and with a light little sigh she reached up to pet at his cheek before moving to sit up, getting up from the bed to do as she'd said and cook.
She paused with a wince before grabbing her now melted smoothie and proceeding to exit the room.
She made her way into the kitchen, pausing in front of the nursery for a moment. She reached up to run her fingers over the wooden letter 'E' that hung on the door for the name they'd chosen for their little baby. She wondered if they should still name her.
Though right now, she couldn't bear to think about it.
Coco frowned, her lips quivering. Her hands shook as moved to reach to grab the letter, easing it off it's hook. She rubbed her thumbs over the letter, turning it over and over before stepping over to the hutch in the entryway hallway. She pulled open the junk drawer and hesitantly put the letter away, not wanting to look at it any longer.
It took a few moments to compose herself again before she went back to her task, heading into kitchen to start cooking. |

Darcy slept for a little while longer before stirring to try and find Coco in the bed. He ended up grabbing onto Duchess' tail, earning a very pissed off hiss from the kitten and jerked away startledly, opening his eyes to watch her dash out of the room.
He grunted, turning over to try and find Coco once more before going to stumble out of the bed when she wasn't there. "Coco?" he called, blearily and went to stumble out of the room, hoping to find her alright. |

| Darcy's face instantly eased on the anxiety that was on it, heading to the kitchen in his sleepy stumble. "Mmm.. whatcha making?" he asked. |

| Darcy yawned and sat at their small table, resting his chin on his arms which he folded on the table and watched her move about in the kitchen. He was careful not to look at her stomach while she was looking at him, feeling his chest tighten with ache. |

Coco wrapped up her cooking and proceeded to serve up Darcy a hearty bowl, meanwhile, she served up a little bowl for herself despite her not really being hungry.
She noted Darcy glancing at her belly and she bit at her lip, very self-conscious of it. However, she didn't say anything, instead, she just made her way over and promptly served Darcy his bowl and sat down, trying to hide her stomach behind the table. |
