Just as Mi Na had said, Hyun Li was eagerly awaiting their arrival with alcohol ready. Tanner and Mi Na had barely stepped into the courtyard area of the family property when he thrust the first shot at Tanner. After that, he and everyone else in the family kept the drinks flowing, which resulted in giddy merriment from everyone, but especially from Tanner.
Mi Na had seen every side of Tanner while they were together, but she had to admit that seeing the drunken, gleeful version of him was always a welcomed surprise. He sang and danced with his family (he even picked her up several times throughout the night to give her a little spin) and accepted every drink or bite of food that was sent his way.
By the end of the night, he reeked of somaek and honey rice cakes, but Mi Na didn't mind the smell as she eventually got him loaded into their car for the drive to the hotel they would stay at before flying out in the morning to Jeju for their honeymoon. He had gone on and on about his feelings for Mi Na the whole way back to the city, which continued as she guided him into their hotel room at last.
She led him over to the bed and let him flop back. . |

| Tanner gave a whine as he reached to catch Mi Na's hand between his own, giving it such a gentle loving pat as he did. "Mi Na, Mi Na, you look so beautiful. You re-really do." he reassured, as if he needed to for some reason. |

| "I better for as much as we paid the makeup artist for today." Mi Na laughed. She freed her hands from his, only to put them on either of his cheeks as she leaned down to kiss him. "But thank you." |

| Tanner gave her the gentlest of little pecks back in return, with little quiet 'mwahs' after each one, making himself chuckle. "You're beautiful every day. Every! Day!" |

“How did I get so luck to get such a cute husband?” She laughed softly. |
