| Harlow's eyes followed the movement as subtly as he could as he reached for the smoothie, feeling guilt twist in his gut. He set the drink down in front of him and then went to sign. "Thanks, Dad. It looks great." |

Griffith made a slight face and reached up to scratch at the back of his head slightly, trying to figure out how to phrase his words without causing any discourse.
"Well...me and your momma have been concerned with how things have been since...everything. We're worried about you and we wondered if...maybe you'd want to talk to a therapist or something." He said, trying to tread delicately. |

Griffith bit at his lip slightly as he watched Harlow's face fall. He shook his head before reaching out to smooth Harlow's hair again.
"You don't need one, but...me and Momma just wondered if you would like to go talk to one. It might help with some things." He nodded. |

Griffith frowned and reached to tuck his fingers under Harlow's chin so he could speak to him.
"Baby boy...we won't make you go if you really don't want to go. We're also not suggesting it so someone can make fun of you. We just...we want you to be okay." Griffith explained. "It was a hard, scary thing you went through and...I'm sorry for it, I'm so sorry it happened and I'm even more sorry that I can't do more to help you. I just want you to feel okay again, Harlow." |
