| Rory was recited her rights as she was put in another squad car, looking more and more upset and just plain out and out fed up. She did NOT want to spend the night in fucking jail. |

Rory sighed heavily to herself as they pulled up to the jailhouse and the officers started piling everyone in and getting their information and issuing them in for a nights stay, along with their offense.
She glanced around while she waited to be put in a cell, hoping and praying that she wouldn't be shoved in a cell with the asshole she'd been fighting in the first place. |

Elliot was informed he was being charged with underage drinking as well as possible assault, pending the other party, aka Salty Sally, wanted to press charges against him. However, her being detained as well meant he wouldn't know right away. In fact, he probably wouldn't even know until the morning when they would be released...in theory.
He'd already been placed in a cell by himself, as everyone else was in the drunk tank, and was simply waiting for other to be placed in with him. |

Rory tried her hardest to not groan outloud with frustration as she was put in the cell that just so happened to have the asshole from earlier. She pursed her lips tightly and rubbed at her wrists after the cuffs were off her, going to sit in the seat furthest away from Elliot.
"Now ma'am, if he starts anything, you just shout. Understand?"
Rory made a face and glanced up. "Geez, he never even hit me. I'm alright, thanks Officer." |

| Elliot gave a roll of his eyes at the officer's statement and held his hands up, as if to say he wasn't going to try anything. |

| The officer gave him a hard stare for a moment before walking away from the cell. Rory shook her head tiredly and scooted as far into the corner as she could get, leaning her head on the wall. She smelt awful, her hair was sticky and she was exhausted. All was quiet for a moment before the cell door open again and another man was put in. "The damn drunk tank is full." the officer was explaining to another officer. "Guess he'll have to go here." |

The officers slammed the cell door shut again and walked off, leaving Elliot and Rory with the very drunk man.
Rory made a face and edged away even more, crossing her arms tightly against her chest and attempting to just be as invisible as she could. This fucking sucked. |

Elliot watched the man closely, however, he couldn't help but cringe when he smelt the distinct scent of piss and booze.
"Fucking...gross." Elliot couldn't help but get up from his spot to move over to the other edge of the cell by the girl. "I'm fucking sorry, but that guy reeks." He sat down. |

Elliot wasn't blind, he could see the way the man was looking at the girl and he was not having it. He definitely wasn't above getting even with the girl for all their beef, but he was not about to let something of that nature to happen to the girl.
